How fast is the turnaround?

Do you offer listing video?
Yes. The Aerial Listing Video (+$99) is a 30 to 60 second cinematic drone clip of the home and neighborhood. The FPV Fly-Through (+$249) is one continuous flight from the yard through the home, ideal for social media and MLS.
What does the twilight add-on include?
The $85 add-on includes one edited, high-resolution exterior photograph taken on location at twilight when booked with a real estate photography package. Evening access and timing are arranged in advance. Additional views and standalone twilight visits are quoted separately. This service does not use a digitally simulated sky to turn a daytime photograph into a twilight image.
Is roof documentation the same as an inspection?
No. Roof documentation provides high-resolution photographs of visible roof and exterior areas. It does not include structural analysis, moisture-intrusion findings, repair recommendations, insurance opinions, or estimates of remaining roof life.
Do you photograph large homes or commercial properties?
Yes. Properties over 5,000 square feet, commercial properties, multiple structures, multi-property schedules, and custom assignments can be quoted individually.
How should the property be prepared?
The property should be clean, staged, and photo-ready before arrival. Vehicles, trash cans, hoses, personal items, visible cleaning supplies, and unnecessary clutter should be moved when possible. Interior lights should be functioning and access to all requested areas should be available.
Can you handle recurring or multi-property work?
Yes. Recurring agent work, builder projects, commercial properties, multi-location schedules, and other ongoing assignments can be priced according to volume and scope.
